Assessing, monitoring and directing, on a regular basis, the Mall’s overall performance (financial and operational).

Making recommendations to Owner regarding optimization of the mall’s overall performance by proposing considered capital expenditure programmes, revised leasing strategies, alternative approaches to building maintenance etc.

Planning and execution of the annual and quarterly marketing strategy and budgets of the Mall.

Hiring/letting of kiosks, carts, promotional courts/spaces, commercial advertising boards, displays and signage walls/spots/locations, including all coordination with customers and their media agents.

Mall Promotion and Consumer Marketing to maximize relevant footfalls and increase per visit spend (PVS), including Community Outreach Programs, Onsite Events, Street Teams, Loyalty Programs and Co-marketing Partner Schemes

Planning and execution of promotions and events

Media and community relations (including writing and distribution of press releases, monthly newsletters, handling visitors / public complaints, managing the production and placement of all regular, corporate and specific communications).

Supervising the development and upkeep of the Mall website.
