These services are offered on a very selective basis, either to developers/landlords (with exclusive dated mandates) or to retailers/tenants, for freestanding retail properties of more than 25,000 sq.ft., in selective markets.

• Identification of ideal built property (or suitable land parcel for developing a BTS retail building) for pre-defined retail brands and/or formats.
   
• Identification of ideal retail format or brand for a particular retail property.
   
• Assist in planning & design of BTS retail buildings.
   
• Complete commercial-legal negotiations.
   
• Render all other assistance as is necessary to facilitate closing of deals/transactions.
   
• Execution of Term Sheets.
   
• Assistance in execution of Agreements to Lease.
   
• Collection of all installments of IFRSD from tenants.
   
• Tenant Design, Handover and Fit-out Coordination, in association with a representative of Project Architect / ID.
   
• Assistance in execution of all types of Supplemental Agreements and Lease Deed.
